I've worked with three real estate agents over the years and I must say, Alvaro was the best.  I told him what I wanted and that's what he found and presented.  That is a big deal because I am pretty particular, but I am equally vocal and crystal clear.  Yet I've had agents that first took me to properties they were selling.  It was clear they wanted to the agent for the buyer (me) and the seller to make more money.  They didn't seem concerned about what I said I want.  They seemed to want me to like what benefited them most.
